Paid for work not done

Hired Professional Generator Service's to do my yearly service, paid for it and it was never done. Then I had an issue with my generator not doing it's weekly exercise. Could not get in touch with anyone from PGS. So I called my old service company back to repair and do the yearly service..Wish I had never left them now.

Great reputaion...Poor responsiveness.

Benji came to the house and sent me an estimate to install a 22KW whole house generator. I had a couple questions on the estimate and asked his office staff to have him call me. On the third day I called, I told the staff to tell him never mind that I would do business elsewhere. He has a great reputation, but I believe anyone who doesn't have 5 minutes to return a call to a customer who will spend $9,200 makes me wonder about his service responsiveness.

So Glad I bought my Generac from this Dealer.

I just got my Generac 22 Kw installed this week. Benji did a fantastic job, and from start (set the generator on the pad) to finish (Final City Inspection), it only took 4 straight business days. It was like clockwork with the Electrician, Plumber, Gas Co., and Inspector, one day right after the other.When we did the first Start-up, I was really surprised how quiet the generator was . I thought it would be a lot nosier than it was. I know it won't bother my neighbors when we all lose power in Central Florida during a Hurricane or other event.I got many quotes and did a lot of research, and Benji is the best.I am very pleased with my purchase, which I got at a great (and the best) value from my hometown Dealer.

Benji and his crew were excellent. Friendliest, professional contractor and crew I've ever dealt with. The instant Benji presented his estimate, I asked him how soon he could start.

After getting a number of estimates from local dealers i went with Benjamin from Professional Generator Services. He was extremely professional and his estimate was well within my budget. My generator was installed and is as of this review up and running and registered. Benjamin, his crew of electricians/gas guys were extremely professional, on time and when they were done you couldn't tell they were here. I will use him for service and highly recommend
