Pridgen Power

Excellent Service

Our installer bailed on us when we needed warranty service. Tom came in and picked up the slack, despite not doing the installation. He corrected some things, installed a couple of others and has faithfully serviced our generator. I can honestly say, it is a pleasure doing business with Tom.

Great service

All our service needs are taken care of each year on a regular schedule. Thankful for Pridgen’s service taking care of that for us.

Generac Power Backup

We needed two generators on one property. Given the added complexity with wiring and one fuel source, the install worked well. Every Thursday, each Generac does a self test, ensuring all is well. Big thumbs up.👍

Generac house & workshop

Timely installation, great customer service and support.

Great Team to invest in!

Reliable

Very professional techs... came when they said they would. Worked on our generator doing their yearly maintenance and it works like a charm. If there is something like the battery that is getting near its time for replacement, they will recommend it to you and I always listen to what they have to say. Our Generac generator was the best investment we could have made. You only need to be out of power for a few days to understand what I am saying.
