Found the problem with my one yearold whole house generator when the original original grnerac installer could notafter numerous visits.If you have a problem Thomas isgoing to find it, and correct it.Before, Thomas leaves he will double checkyour house to make sure the generatoris supplies power to the home inan emergency which is whenyou need it. He is thorough, respectful,and ontime. Our Generac 22KW iscontinously monitored bysatelite and keeps Pridgen Power and meus aware of all activity.

Pridgen Power did a wonderful job installing my generator and getting it online before hurricane season kicked in! Thomas was able to get me in touch with a propane gas company to install tanks and run gas lines for me. All around great experience with the entire job and Pridgen Power.
