Pride Electric

Great dealer!

Pride Electric responded quickly to my request for a quote. They were friendly and helpful and, once I decided to purchase the generator they quickly delivered it and installed it within a very short time. I would recommend Pride Electric to anyone who is looking for a whole house generator installer.

Excellent work

Tim and company are very nice, friendly and helpful. They worked with my schedule and showed up on time. The work was done over and above, location where I had generator installed was cleaner then how it was when the job was started! I will be going back to Pride Electric for all of my electrical needs from this point forward.

The BEST there is!

As a somewhat senior citizen I have dealt with many contractors over the years. Some of those experiences were good ones and others not so much. In this case I am writing this review about the hands down best contractor that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Pride Electric came to my rescue LITERALLY, after a totally botched installation by another contractor that not only put the unit at risk but also put my home and me at high risk due to the dangerous installation> Pride Electric gave me their quote of charges, showed up when they said they would and completed the tear down and "re-installation" of the Generac unit in record time. The quality of their work is the best that I have ever experienced or heard of from others. Their personnel explained thoroughly what was wrong with the current installation and what would be required to remedy the situation. I was astounded by the number of discrepancies that they had found and they put this into language that I understood, Pride Electric's owner was equally helpful and detailed with explaining what needed to be done and how they were going to complete the work. I have never had any contractor take the time to be so helpful when it is not required at all. The work was completed when they said that it would be and for exactly the dollar amount that I was quoted. Following the installation they gave me a top to bottom explanation of what I needed to do in order to properly maintain the unit. Incredible. Suffice it to say that I recommend Pride Electric for the installation of any Generac product and for standard maintenance and upkeep to keep the warranty in good standing and also guarantee reliable day to day operation. Hire Pride and leave any regrets behind! Scott

Excellent In Every Way

We received 3 bids for the purchase of our standby generator. One was twice as much as the others. One we did not feel comfortable with at all. Then a friend recommended Pride Electric and told me what a great job they did for her. We got the bid, it was a fair bid. We liked the owner, he did the bid himself. His wife is the office manager and she takes care of the clients. We have had it installed, they finished a day early and the employees that installed our generator were as polite and knowledgeable as you would hope for. I would recommend Pride Electric for your generator needs or for any electric issue. Its a small family owned company and the do show pride in their work. My husband has breathing issues and when there was going to be a shut off they brought us a loaner generator to get us thru until they could install our Generac generator. That's above and beyond service. I ran my own company for 30 years and I know how difficult the service industry can be, with this company there were no issues. They provided excellent service and were completely well trained and knowledgeable.

Move and reinstall

Tim with Pride Electric moved and reinstalled our Generac after another dealer incorrectly installed (not to code) ours. We are very pleased with Pride Electric and am so happy we now have a reliable Generac service person! We will recommend him to anyone that needs work done with Generac! Thank you!

Tim Did A Great Job

Tim busted his tail to get a new 22KW generator installed at my house. Very professional, knowledgeable, hard working, takes pride in his work, and shows that customer service is his #1 priority. Definitely recommend him!

Great to work with

Time did a great job. Installed my 16K generator within in weeks and beat all his competitors in price. He has followed up on all that he promised to to do and more. Thanks Tim

Too many cigarette butts.

Tim leaves cigarette butts all over the place, brings his kids with him to the jobsite, and is more expensive than other electricians I have used.

Tim did an excellent job and I would recommend him

I contacted Tim when we had a power outage. He loaned me a portable generator to use while he got a 16K Generac. He ordered the generator and got it installed in a very short time. He worked into the night to finish. We appreciated all his help during this difficult outage. He will also service the generator.
