Pride Electric responded quickly to my request for a quote. They were friendly and helpful and, once I decided to purchase the generator they quickly delivered it and installed it within a very short time. I would recommend Pride Electric to anyone who is looking for a whole house generator installer.

Tim and company are very nice, friendly and helpful. They worked with my schedule and showed up on time. The work was done over and above, location where I had generator installed was cleaner then how it was when the job was started! I will be going back to Pride Electric for all of my electrical needs from this point forward.

As a somewhat senior citizen I have dealt with many contractors over the years. Some of those experiences were good ones and others not so much. In this case I am writing this review about the hands down best contractor that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

We received 3 bids for the purchase of our standby generator. One was twice as much as the others. One we did not feel comfortable with at all. Then a friend recommended Pride Electric and told me what a great job they did for her. We got the bid, it was a fair bid. We liked the owner, he did the bid himself. His wife is the office manager and she takes care of the clients. We have had it installed, they finished a day early and the employees that installed our generator were as polite and knowledgeable as you would hope for. I would recommend Pride Electric for your generator needs or for any electric issue. Its a small family owned company and the do show pride in their work. My husband has breathing issues and when there was going to be a shut off they brought us a loaner generator to get us thru until they could install our Generac generator. That's above and beyond service. I ran my own company for 30 years and I know how difficult the service industry can be, with this company there were no issues. They provided excellent service and were completely well trained and knowledgeable.

Tim with Pride Electric moved and reinstalled our Generac after another dealer incorrectly installed (not to code) ours. We are very pleased with Pride Electric and am so happy we now have a reliable Generac service person! We will recommend him to anyone that needs work done with Generac! Thank you!

Tim busted his tail to get a new 22KW generator installed at my house. Very professional, knowledgeable, hard working, takes pride in his work, and shows that customer service is his #1 priority.

Tim leaves cigarette butts all over the place, brings his kids with him to the jobsite, and is more expensive than other electricians I have used.

I contacted Tim when we had a power outage. He loaned me a portable generator to use while he got a 16K Generac. He ordered the generator and got it installed in a very short time. He worked into the night to finish. We appreciated all his help during this difficult outage. He will also service the generator.

I called Tim during the power outage and he diagnosed my existing generator and developed a plan to get it repaired for me. While he was working on it, he provided another generator to me free of charge so I had power during the black out.
