    Not dependable

    I had this company service my generator at the end of 2021 and he did an excellent job, so I made an appointment to have my generator serviced this year on 1/3/23 between 2:30-3:30pm. He did not come and at 4:30pm I called to see why, and he told me he would call me right back. As of today (1/17/23) I have not heard from him.
