Never showed up

My first impression of him was not good as he was not very friendly when he picked up, after he recognized the account he changed his tone.And then, he never showed up to maintain my unit as he promised. Now it's been 5 weeks and still no signs from him.

Aloha I live in Maui and have aging parents in Eau Claire MI, they live on a private lake on the edge of the power grid, I knew I wanted a generac for them,Errol the dealer came out and took the time to explain all that i did not know in a kind and professional manner. I checked around other dealers in the area including HD and found them all to be lacking in knowledge, honesty and integrity, come to find out Errol's mother lives in the carribean and he like myself wants the best for her and to be able to trust someone provide her with quality and immediate service in the event of a problem, this I am comfortable with or would not have moved forward, besides being genuine of morality he has a passion to do something perfect and above what is required, knowing howm uch elderly people depend upon the unti working at its finest all the time! I have friends in the trade there and they all were highly praising of his workmanship, I wll see him again upon my returns having owned many businesses I highly appeciate his level of knowledge and the pride he takes in his work, I am proud to know Erroll and his quality of work, would reccomend him and his company to any of my friendsKind RegardsDale Vaught

Good, clean, professional job.

Errol was a pleasure to work with. He explained what he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. He is very meticulous and thorough. He went above and beyond fixing an electrical issue that had nothing to do with the installation of the generator.

Friendly but not focused, would not recommend. Did not seem to have his act together. this is why I would not recommend.

This person is representing himself as a licensed contractor and installer. He has no Michigan Electrical Contractors License.

This dealer is really good and knows his stuff.I had a 20kw generator & transfer switch installed. The professionalism, craftmanship and attention to detail was superior. This dealer is very knowledgeable, his quote included everything and he was able to perform every component of the install. I was impressed and do not hesitate to recommend this dealer.
