Total ripoff company. Overpriced doesn\u2019t take responsibility for incorrect installation. Do not use. Only gave one star because you have to.
Not interested in repairing

Tech showed up, looked at my older generator, told me no parts are available to repair, charged me over $300 and left. I called another company, they arrived, diagnosed the issue, looked up the parts right then, told me the cost, ordered the parts and returned to make the repairs. Premium Power is not recommended by me.
They are good at the sales part.......

the follow up and through not so much. I asked for a disconnect and move due to renovation, try $752.00. Plus they didn't bother to move the unit, plus it took several phone calls to get them to show up and on top of that less than 1 hour of work and $572.00? Sent two techs needed one.
22k system down for 1 month - not repaired yet

no inventory of parts to repair. Had to order from Mfg. which was closed 2 weeks in DecThen they were closed Christmas week.Part still has not arrived after 3+ weeks.

Integrity. That is the word I would use for these guys. They really went to bat for us with the manufacturer and I also want to commend Generac on coming through on a unit that had defects. Buy with confidence from Premium Power Systems, Inc!
