Poor attitude not professional at all

If I could give a negative number for the customer service, I would. This company is not professional. I spoke with Lynn and Melinda (I believe that is her name). Both had poor attitudes and were very unprofessional. We have been with them for years having service and install performed. However, on this particular last service they both were argumentative and disrespectful, speaking over me and yelling. They seem to lack people skills and record keeping skills. Do not recommend and will not be doing business with them in the future.

This company is top notch. ALL of them are great, polite, skilled and knowledgeable. Left another company due to rude technicians and office staff. These folks are professional and get the job done. Lynn, Nate and Al are the best !

Terrible customer service

They provide service the first year. The time (this year, 2nd year) they showed up and indicated that they could not work on the unit because I had bushes on one side, these bushes have been there since it was installed. They also indicated that they never worked on this unit before, even though the key have there marketing and the unit has a sticker on it. No friendly at all....

Highly professional company

Received excellent assessment of our needs and choose to upgrade to the the Guardian 22kw unit from previous 16kw unit that succumbed to the Florida coastal elements after 12 years. Company coordinated Installation, electrical and gas hookup. Their service and maintenance has always been top notch. Recommend without reservation.

Best Service Organization i have ever work with

Dealership has done a great job hiring and training outstanding technicians. Very polite and super neat. The office is extremely well managed. Calls are answered and returned. Crews were on site on time as scheduled.

Great group of dedicated professionals

I've been a customer for five years therefore I have not lost electricity for five years. After Hurricane Irma we lived on generator power for six days. Very nice! They are the best group of people I had the pleasure of knowing.

It's so wonderful to deal with a company that's knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and especially reasonable! We were in dire straits and they came to our rescue!

Didn't have time.

Needed a part for our marine generator. My husband called and got information. When I called back to order the part, I was told they didn't have time because they were dealing with homeowners and the upcoming hurricane.Our boat is our home!Very unprofessional!

i was having some issues with my home generator---gave Bob a call---we were able to resolve my problem over the phone.( Thank you for being so patient with me).The personnel @PPS are indeed professionals and they know and do their job very well .
