Premier Generators Of Texas LLC

Great Service!

I had a service call on 6/11/26 to repair my 48kw Generac generator. The service was completed by Premier Generators and the technician's name was Roman. The service provided by Roman was great! He was very professional, knowledgeable, engaging and thorough in his work and communication with me. He explained the problem, the solution and sent me ‘before and after’ pictures. He did not try to ‘upsell’ me on any services, but did inform me of various options. Because of the great interaction with him, I purchased an extended warranty and signed up for the annual maintenance with Premier. I am all about establishing trusting relationships, and Roman exemplified that. Thank you Premier for creating a culture that focuses on the customer experience!

Great Service Guys

These guys do outstanding work. Arrived diagnosed the issue quickly and made the repairs.

Poor Communication

I requested a quote online and they contacted me the next day to set up the quote. They showed up on-time and took measurements. They spoke about putting it on the side of the house. I mentioned that a previous company had stated that there wasn't enough room to place a generator there. The salesman stated he would talk to his foreman and get a quote the following week. I didn't' hear back from him so I reached out the following week. It took another week to hear back from him and he stated he needed to take more measurements as he couldn't install the generator on the side of the house. It took another 2 weeks to get an appointment for him to come out and take more measurements. After he came out he said he would send us a quote in a couple of days. We waited a week, heard nothing so reached out to him and he stated he would be sending us something later that day. That was 3 weeks ago and haven't heard a peep since. Disappointed considering all their good reviews.

Outstanding Performance!!!

I had an outstanding experience in dealing with Premier Generators. From dealing with the sales person, workers digging the holes, to the technicians who installed the equipment...all were professional and outstanding. Highly recommend the company. thanks for a peace of mind.

We highly recommend this dealer!

I had a great experience working with Coleman on the sales side. He is very knowledgeable about the product and was patient in answering my questions and responding timely to my inquiries. Gunner and team efficiently executed the install and were very nice in answering my questions and walking through the system once installed. The work was performed timely and within the period discussed. I’ve already recommended this dealer to several of my close friends.

Excellent Very Happy

All of the team was excellent. From Drew the salesman, to the very last guy that I met was exceptional. Great character from all people.

Installation Great

System was installed today; still needs inspection but team could not have been more friendly and efficient.

Excellent desler

I would purchase from this dealer again if I had to purchase another generac.

Highly recommend

Great team and work performed. When I could not have power reconnected, Premier loaned me their portable generator and supplied extra gas for us. We would highly recommend this company.

Excellent dealer!

We’ve had the GENERAC for 4 months and have had to use twice already! The installers were great, timely, knowledgeable, and communicate well. I deliberately waited a few months before giving a 👍🏼 review. We’re happy and recommend them on our community forums when we were the only people who still had power when the rest of the community was in the dark.
