I've called 2 times to notify this company that I have a maintenance flag and no connection to my generator. Seems the first call was just practice because the second I found out the first had not scheduled my call nor valued me as a paying customer.

All stages from our first call until the generator was installed and operational was excellent. The gentlemen that came out to do the install were actually at our 15 minutes before their scheduled time. The weather was cold (37), windy, and even a few snow flurries while they were doing the installation, but they just continued working through it. They were very professional, picked up every piece of trash. They even took the time to level out all the stone in the flower bed where the generator is. I would highly recommend Jeff Woods crew.

WHAT HAPPENED ???

Set appointment with Generac over a week prior. Had an appointment set between 4 pm & 8 pm and closed my business early to be home. No one showed up or called. No sure what happened ????

Sales person was professional and knowledgeable about the product, and available when I had follow-up questions after the installation.The installers arrived promptly as scheduled and were helpful in explaining the generator's operation. It was all done in half a day.

Jeff Woods was selected to be my installer because of the level of information his representative provided during his initial visit. All of his instillation crew were very friendly to work with and very efficient. I am very satisfied with the instillation.
