Premier Generators

Worst Dealer!!!!!

Worst dealer!! Signed contract on 9/25/24 and still to this day our generator is not hooked up. Generator has been sitting on cement slab since November. No one will come out and finish the job. My husband has called more times than we can count and he just gets passed around. He is so fet up with this his last call he told them to come and take it out. That was 2 months ago and it’s sill sitting on the side of our house. Don’t waste your time or money on these people. We were promised that we would have an up and running generator in three weeks. It’s now four months!!! I will post negative reviews on Social media and tell everyone that I talk to about this awful experience .

Top Shelf All the Way

They took great care of me, and addressed my concerns promptly and professionally.

Great people

Man, that bunch at Premier is a great group of folks! My generator works perfectly and everybody was so nice!

Maintenance Call

I cannot say enough about how professional Ben the Service Tech was. He came to our house in a clean truck, dressed very professional and completed our maintenance in a timely manner. I will be recommending this company to everybody!
