Preferred Maintenance INC is by far the best company I have ever dealt with. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They also were very knowledgeable and familiar with the Generac generator and the installation process. I am always hesitant to hire people to do work for me because you never know what kind of work they will do, but these guys surpassed every expectation I had. very friendly and professional ! we bought a 22 K generator. Larry and his crew arrived 9:30 - 10:00 ish and was done by 3:00 ! They even looked around and got us a good deal on a propane tank and scheduled it's installation.

Fantastic Deal

Larry Came out did the estimate, and when I was ready Larry and his crew showed up with the generator and began working. Many questions were answered right down to maintenance required. They did the work professionally and cleaned up behind themselves. I would definitely recommend PMI to my family and friends. Upon leaving all was working in good order and ready for use!
