Superb at all levels

Started with 5 dealers and did a spreadsheet on prices, warranty, follow up services, availability, etc. Frankly I wasn't familiar with this company but added them after a neighbor gave them positive reviews. In the end, it came down to them and one other competitor. I selected Precision Tech, and have had zero regrets. Sales Rep (Jeff) was informative and helpful - no hard sell - just good insights. Frankly I had doubts about their ability to deliver as promised (45 days vs others talking about 4 to 9 months) and Jeff included the promised date in our contract. Scheduling office was on top of working with the Township and getting all of the permit and approvals taken care of. No problems. Delivery of unit scheduled - arrived as promised at exact date / time. A few days later, gas hook-up scheduled and tech arrived exactly when promised. A few days later, electrician scheduled, arrived on time as promised. Techs were friendly, clean, careful, and incredibly knowledgeable - got a great education on how these things work. Definitely need to include them when shopping for quotes.
