Pore Public Relations

While there work seems to be good, they are lacing on customer relations. I was told at time of drop off (Tuesday 31st. of July) it would be 7 – 10 days until they called me with the evaluation of my generator. Three weeks went by and I called them (Monday 20th. of Aug.). First they couldn’t find my ticket and they said they would call me back, they didn’t. I called back latter that day and I was told the warranty department has the ticket and I was transferred over to them. They said the parts where on order and there was a delay in receiving parts from Generac because they just now meet the minimum order and the generator would be done on Friday 24th. of Aug. I picked the generator up on Thursday 30th. of Aug. The guy helping me with the pick-up acted like I was bothering him. He didn’t explain what had been fixed or possible resin for the failure of the part. He walked out the front parts room to get my generator and told me to meet him outside. They had been storing the generator outside in the weather for almost a month; I couldn’t believe the condition of the generator. I told him this isn’t a job site generator, it’s for home back up, they could have at lest put a tarp over it. He acted like it wasn’t a big dill, I said I just paid over $2000.00 for this generator and now it looks like it’s two years old. I asked him if we could test start the generator, he said shore, go ahead and walked inside. I couldn’t believe it, I tested the generator, and it seemed to run OK. But, now I was left to load a 400-pound generator by myself. I had a drop gate on my trailer, but he didn’t know that and I still had a hard time loading it. Even if there work is great and I have no problems with the generator, I want go back there because of the way I was treated. They place no value on there costumers.
