Several week ago we had a winter weather advent move through our area My generator would not run during outage and the company that installed my unit would not answer there phone Had a friend recommend Precision to take care of my generator issues Called them direct and they dispatched a tech to my house with no questions asked Tech friendly and very knowledgeable Highly recommend for all your needs

I've had my generator for about 3 years now and it has been perfect. The entire process was simple, easy and great customer service. Their maintenance plan makes everything worry free and my generator has never failed me. I have had several home projects/improvements done over the past 15 yrs from carpet install to workshop and custom patio. Precision Mechanical out performed them all. Wish everyone was as professional as Precision Mechanical.

Do not recommend

Precision Mechanical came out three times. The first two cost me over $400 and nothing was fixed. The last time they came out, I was told he THINKS I need a new starter. Cost to put new starter and cables in---over $1,000. And still does not guarantee it will work at all. The first 400 was done for nothing. They would also say they were going to call and never would. I spent a week calling them to get someone out here. I would call multiple times to try to get someone. Then, when they do come, they just randomly show up. I never know when they were coming. I would definitely not recommend them.

Poor business practices

Hired to install and do upkeep on new Generac generator. Generator is apparently faulty, but company insisted we were the ones turning generator off (which isn't true or logical). Was charged both for a regular service call (appropriate) as well as a follow up call even though the issue existed during both visits. We have an extended warranty but the issue has never been corrected so haven't been able to file a claim against same. While I appreciate one of the employees initial willingness to help fix the problem, the problem was never resolved and now they will not return phone calls or messages. Would not recommend this company.
