Our experience with Precision Electric has been outstanding in every respect. From the initial meeting/planning thru installation the staff were very cordial, polite, and professional. The actual installation was accomplished with no interruption for my wife and I. They have continued by giving us a comprehensive orientation on the operation of the generator and its operation. In entirety, I am very pleased with the service we received and would high recommend this company.

Precision Electric set up our generator & did a great job. They were communicative throughout the entire process & I really liked their easy payment method. I would definitely choose them again for any work needed.

Particularly professional in every aspect of our dealings with them. Always open to hearing our questions and answering them in a kindly manner. My ONLY comment is that it is a fairly long drawn-out process --and I recognize the outboard factors that make it that way; dealing with the city and the state and suppliers and endless legal matters. Still, if that could be streamlined in any way, it should be. All in all, these are good people and they do a good job.

I am very pleased with the purchase of my whole house generator. I worked with Precision for my Protector QS generator. They were exceptional from start to turn on for the project. The job was well designed, well run, and most importantly, it worked perfectly during the 6 day outage this past January where we REALLY needed the backup generator. I have since used Precision for other jobs and I have always been impressed how they get it right the first time and how great their staff is. I would recommend them to family.

I couldn't be more pleased with our recent purchase of a whole-home generator. The initial bid was just not a little cheaper but a whole lot cheaper. The system was installed professionally by pros! It was truly a sight to behold. Even after the project was completed I was still treated with respect! I feel confident that any issues I may have will be treated as a priority by the Precision Electric family.

My Generac did not start when the grid power went off. The yellow light was on. I called Dave of Precision Electric and he explained the "error code" and patiently walked me through the process of adding oil and then restoring power to the generator. I live in a remote area where power outages happen frequently so am very grateful for the excellent service and immediate response time provided by Precision Electric. A few winters ago during a snow storm that closed all roads to my location, my Generac blew a fuse and I called Precision Electric and Dave was incredible in helping me (over the phone) replace the fuse and restore power to my home.I highly recommend this dealership.

A very rude young woman answered the phone, she first said oh we don\u2019t service your area then said oh I guess we do but I will put you on our Que and we will call you. When I ask how long she replied over several months!Don\u2019t use this company!!

Called from an ad in the newspaper to get an estimate for our house. Would not come out, only quoted between $11,000 and $13,000 for a generator I later found out costs $3,500. Their labor is based on the fear factor - the Camp Fire and PG&E outages. Had another company do the installation after they "came" out for an estimate. Took two men two days to install - go figure the labor profit. Try True Value in Penn Valley!

Precision Electric installed a 22KW system with transfer switch on our home in Penn Valley. They did an excellent job. Dave & Rachel were very easy to deal with and very active in keeping us apprised of schedule, etc. the 3-man crew who installed the unit were very professional and efficient. The electrician lead, Darin, was particularly meticulous in his work. The crew was very neat and courteous, fully explaining how the system works. Very positive experience and a first rate outfit.

They gave us a very professional estimate and installation. Discussed several levels of protection and helped us decide what would be best value for our money. The best part is they answer the phone when you call!
