Precision Electric

Great machinery!

I started my setup with my generac's in 2025, there was set backs but after all said and everything worked like clockwork. I'm extremely very happy with the results, and the staff at Precision Electric in Grass Valley CA they are very great to work with. I will recommend them when I talk to people about my generac's. PRECISION ELECTRIC is an AWESOME business and the staff is AWESOME as well.

Best product and price

I obtained four bids for my solar project and Precision Electric offered the best product and the best price. They communicated well to let me know when the technician was scheduled to be on the property. They were on time and courteous. The project had some challenges due to the age of my house, but they resolved them quickly without any additional cost. I have had several questions about how to use the system since it was installed and the engineer has been very happy to answer them for me.

Awesome Company

An amazing company representing an awesome product! From the office staff, project management and installers, everyone was personable and professional. I would recommend Precision Electric to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and professional company to work with!

Great Service!

I am extremely happy with my purchase of a Generac generator for my "off the grid" cabin. The service I received from Precision Electric with the installation was exceptional

Highly recommended!

This is our second generator with Precision Electric. The team is thorough, organized, timely, and professional and offers great customer service. We have referred them to many of our neighbors too. Highly recommended.

The perfect generator

We have had our first whole house generator recently installed by an outstanding local company, on time, on budget, amazing installers, courteous, and hard working. All the communication and education was clear and respectful.

Precision Electric!!

We recently purchased an older mountain home near Nevada City, CA, and were thrilled that it came with a Generac generator—an essential feature for our area’s potential power outages. Unfortunately, within the first couple of months, the older model generator displayed a critical error code. Enter Precision Electric. Their technician promptly came out and got our generator back up and running with some much-needed maintenance. The service was outstanding—quick, efficient, and handled by a professional who was both knowledgeable and personable. To top it off, we quickly realized the older model which came with the home wouldn’t fully support our long term goals and needs. We asked Precision Electric to help us come up with an upgrade plan. We had them install a brand new (larger model) generator, backup battery, and new transformer that we can eventually combine with solar! Again, Precision Electric made the experience completely painless. They handled the permitting, install, troubleshooting, and code inspection in a pleasurable and professional manner - all for a very competitive price! I’ll never use anyone else for any of my electric needs!

Excellent choice!

We purchased the Generac in February while building our new home. We had four big power saws running when the power went out, 10 seconds later the Generac fires up and saved the last four work hours of the day!

Precision Electric 5*++++

We have used Precision Electric for many years at different locations. Never have we been disappointed in their professionalism, expertise, costs and they are always on time with great communication. When ever we have an opportunity to recommend them to neighbors, family or friends, we do with enthusiasm. Talk about customer service that seems to be rare these day, NOT Precision Electric. Our Generac was up and running quickly. This was our second one they installed.

Great company, great staff. Generac has been a amazing addition to our home. It is always quick to restore our power.
