Absolutely stay away from this dealer!!

To make long story short guaranteed us 14kw handle everything- not. Had to switch to 17kw. Generac has no record of installation or activation. Warranty was voided as soon as installed (assuming had warranty). Gas company red tagged because of improper installation. Plastic line under house plus an indoor flex hose used on outside!!! To top it off- would not return to even service.

I highly recommend this dealer, he was effecient and understood our urgency.

The purpose of this review is to document my appreciation and gratitude for Mr. White and his compassion for us while we were going through a 9 day power outage. Upon contacting Mr. White, he was at our home and installing our generator unit within hours, while every other dealer we had contacted, either didn't return our calls, or were booked for days or weeks, and during a crisis, that time frame just wasn't good enough. Mr. White understood our urgency and worked diligently to ensure that our unit was operating and that the project was completed before he left our home. Mr. White also followed up with a courtesy phone call to ensure that the unit was still running properly and he will never know the peace of mind that comes with that kind of service. We are thankful he was available and will be forever grateful for his service and kindness during a very stressful time. I highly recommend Mr. White and Precise Connections to anyone in need of this type of service.
