Once they got rolling, they were excellent.

Took a while to get me scheduled; that was a bit unsettling, with Winter imminent.Powerton installers were excellent. Compact installation with good cable and materials, and horizontal and vertical conduit work. Transfer switch inside garage was a plus. Generator placement level and apparently solid. Test for customer practical/informative.Countryside tank and tubing install good. Backfill of tubing trench was not thorough.

Great company. Excelent Installation

I rarely give reviews, but with how well this company took care of my installation and answered all of my questions I had to post a review. From start to finish the process was simple. Powertron gave me the pro's and con's of all generator sizes. The installers were very professional, wore shoe covers and used drop cloths to keep the house clean. I ended up going with the 22kw. For only a few hundred more I could run the entire house versus a few circuits with the smaller 16k setup. Power is always going out up here and I was tired of having no well water and moving around a heavy portable generator. Take my propane companies advice and buy a large propane tank. I went with a 1000 gallon tank after hearing about people who under size their tank and need it re-filled every 2 two days when the power is out. I should be good for 2 weeks at full load even longer if I don't run the heat or A/C...

The men that came to our house were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This company is a pleasure to work with and they really know what they are doing. I recommend them and this company to anyone especially those who hate to lose power.

Charged 2 service calls

My generac 11 kw generator quit working during a power outage. They came out and found I needed a new coil but they did not have one or stock one so they had to order it. Was fairly timely but was charged a second service call and do not think I should have been since they did not stock the part and this was all from a single failure.

When my wife and I decided that we wanted to add a generator for power outages, we got quotes from 3 different dealers. While Powerton was not the lowest, we had a gut feeling from the way they presented their offer, the way they reviewed our property and home, offered advice on better placement that we should probably go with them. We couldn't have made a better choice. Not only was the installation completed in a day, they professionalism and kindness of the team installing the generator was excellent. The quality of the work actually surpassed my expectations and they cleaned up so well after, the only indication we had work done was the presence of the generator. I could not recommend them higher - if you are looking to have a generator installed, this is the team you want doing it.

Never had a better installation experience. From start to finish, very nice. Didn't experience one moment of hassle. Eric and Randy were very professional and friendly. They allowed me to watch and answered any questions I had along the way. Went over everything after the installation was complete. Mr. Sensenig runs a professional and very friendly business. Fantastic Thorough Job

The workers did a phenomenal job and took great care to do a thorough professional job. It looks awesome! They also did a good job of showing us how the generator works.
