    No follow up

    Appointment started 30 minutes late. Shawn spent about an hour talking and didn't do much investigating/question asking about our generator needs. Waited a week for an estimate. Called and was told I should have something by the end of the the 2nd week. No estimate, no call. Not good customer service.
