Powermaster Electric, Inc.

Bad service

I contacted this company and they came out to diagnose my generator, I was told what the problem was, then one week later I was told they don’t do warranty work on generators that they did not furnish and install, not a very good company to use would never recommend, I then contacted Auer Electric and they came out right away and put a control board in, all I can say is do not use power master

Horrible warranty service

I had power master come out because I had a warranty issue, turned out to be a control board, one week later I got a phone call and they told me they do not work on Generac that they did not install, I don’t think that is good business if they’re a generate dealer, I actually got a dealer to come out within one hour install my control board on the same day, that company is Auer Electric just down the road from power master, so that is the electric company that you need to call if you need warranty work.

Excellent

It's all in the rating. Service was professional and very thorough. Pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend.
