Terrible customes service
They do not answer phone calls. Do not follow up with customers. Our $9000.00 machine broke in less than a year.

Professional Company
PowerHouse is a very professional company to work with. I had a generator from another company. I could never get them to service it when I needed them. Now they are out of business. From the very beginning I enjoyed working with PowerHouse. They have followed up with me and make surre everything is working fine. i would highly reccommend them if you are in the market for a generator.

Highly recommend!!!!!!
We have been very satisfied with ALL contacts we have had. They explained everything we needed to know and were very prompt in completing services. From the first phone call we made, to the sales rep visiting us, to actually seeing other generators on sights, to the final installation.....there has been nothing but total satisfaction. We would highly recommend Generac to others.......
