New Generac generator
I call call cannot get never on to return a phone call...

Terrible customes service
They do not answer phone calls. Do not follow up with customers. Our $9000.00 machine broke in less than a year.

Professional Company
PowerHouse is a very professional company to work with. I had a generator from another company. I could never get them to service it when I needed them. Now they are out of business. From the very beginning I enjoyed working with PowerHouse. They have followed up with me and make surre everything is working fine. i would highly reccommend them if you are in the market for a generator.
