Powerhouse Generator Service L.l.c.

Very knowledgeable

Mike did a great job and was bery knowledgeable and explained everything that i needed to know.

Excellent work

Mike installed a 14kW generator at our house in Grand Marais. He did a high quality job, and it shows in the way he wired up the transfer switch, it looks so good I wish we could leave the covers off to show it off. Mike is the real deal.

Powerhouse (my local dealer) did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

My dealer did a great job, however the Customer Service received at Generac Corporate left a lot to be desired and I hope that I never have to deal with them again. Now that I know how good Powerhouse is I plan to contact them first for anything I may need.No complaints on my part about Powerhouse. After several weeks I am still waiting for a follow up response from Generac Corporate.

This dealer is the greatest

He is a great communicater and provided with details and was especially helpful with what we would need and how we would have to service our unit. I would recommend Mike to everyone.

Outstanding

Mike was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions in depth. He completed the installation quickly and professionally. It is clear he takes great pride in not only the functionality of his work but also a visually clean and appealing installation.

Great job all around!

They were very competitive, and most important, very responsive. They were able to get our install done in record time which gives us a great feeling of safety and peace of mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Was quick to call back and schedule appointment

Was having problems activating home generator for the first time. Turned out to be control panel on generator. The service guy was quick to return calls and very knowledgeable in Generac generators. He showed up with all the parts needed to get the generator up and running. I would highly recommend this dealer.
