I would not reommend using PowerGen Pro. They did not properly install the generator. They did not get a permit from the city. The entire project was a mess. The electrical portion of the project is not done correctly. The phase service a ATS is wrong, the connection to meter is wrong, the ground service is wrong, and not up to code. No permit and no zoning inspection was done. The generator is undersized and wrong phase load modules. Not sure that the city will even pass the inspection after everything is fixed. Had to pay thousands of dollars to try and fix the issue. No one wants to fix someone elses mess up, but Charlie never returned any calls or responded to any communication regarding the issues.
Great service at a fair price

I was receiving an error code and I called Charlie at PowerGen. We discussed the issue and we made an appointment for him to check it out. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it while explaining to me what he was doing and why. He then did a test of the system and we were good to go. Charlie is very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend Powergen Pro to anyone with a generator.
