Great service

I needed yearly maintenance on a 22KW Generac and was looking for someone closer and better than my last service company. TEW was great to work with. From the office employee to the service tech they were knowledgeable and helpful. Will use them as my service provider for all electrical needs in the future.

Dealer has not shown up twice

Dealer has moved assessment appt twice (6/30 - 7/2 -7/7) without contacting me. Original appt was made 2 weeks in advance. Dealer has not returned phone msg left 6/30

Great Install Experience

Justin and crew were fabulous. I had a whole house generator that I needed to have installed. Not only did they provide a great quote and explained the entire process. He also assisted in getting me setup with connection to the propane tank. I highly recommend Justin to anyone trying to have the same or similar service provided as I am totally happy with mine.
