The dealer and his staff were rude and abrupt.

The owner is a small minded person who does not stand behind his work. They told us that \u201cyou bought a car, drove it off the lot, it\u2019s not our generator it\u2019s yours\u201d We would NOT recommend them under any circumstances.

They took great care and caution as customers were in our building as they worked. Very professional and a complete cleanup at the end of every day. Excellent Vendor

From the initial estimate to the placement of my generator to the installation this company is a 10. All the people in this company have been extremely knowledgeable and professional. The installation team was very respectful of my home and property. They put a mat down to protect my carpet as they came in and out of the home. They put real thought innto the routing and placement of the piping for the electrical connections. All the piping for the electrical was installed in neat straight lines. They cleaned up all dust and and debris when they completed the job. They provide excellent description of how the unit operates and how to reset if necessary

Unprofessional and Non Responsive

Contacted Generac for a dealer and was provided with a referral to this firm. They came out to give a quote and the rep spent more time talking about NASCAR than our needs. Then despite numerous follow-ups they have never provided a quote - close to a month now with nothing. If you want to buy a whole house generator don't call this dealer as they won't be able to provide even a quote.
