Power With Prestige INC

The dealer and his staff were rude and abrupt.

The owner is a small minded person who does not stand behind his work. They told us that “you bought a car, drove it off the lot, it’s not our generator it’s yours” We would NOT recommend them under any circumstances.

Extremely Happy We Went With Power With Prestige

They were professional, polite, and punctual from the estimate to the final inspection. They answered all our questions. We received everything we asked for and more. We are very happy we found them and they are local too.

Kudos

I met PWP and the owner Joe as they were Doing electrical at the store I work in. They were there every morning on time and got right to work. They took great care and caution as customers were in our building as they worked. Very professional and a complete cleanup at the end of every day. When it came time to replace my aging generator, I knew who to contact. Boy they did not disappoint!!! I did not shop around and I feel it was as great experience at my home. Thanks Joe, Sue and their boys

Excellent Vendor

From the initial estimate to the placement of my generator to the installation this company is a 10. All the people in this company have been extremely knowledgeable and professional. The installation team was very respectful of my home and property. They put a mat down to protect my carpet as they came in and out of the home. They put real thought innto the routing and placement of the piping for the electrical connections. All the piping for the electrical was installed in neat straight lines. They cleaned up all dust and and debris when they completed the job. They provide excellent description of how the unit operates and how to reset if necessary I would highly recommend Power with Prestige to install a Generac device.

Unprofessional and Non Responsive

Contacted Generac for a dealer and was provided with a referral to this firm. They came out to give a quote and the rep spent more time talking about NASCAR than our needs. Then despite numerous follow-ups they have never provided a quote - close to a month now with nothing. If you want to buy a whole house generator don't call this dealer as they won't be able to provide even a quote.

Very Professional & Expert their job.

Installation went smoothly and quickly. Would definitely recommend their service.
