Top quality job

The guys from Powerwatch did a very professional install. We have geothermal heaters which present a special challenge and the Powerwatch home office and installers coordinated with our HVAC company to make the necessary changes so the system would function as desired. They arrived on time and completed the work the same day. We were concerned about bringing in the heavy generator across soft ground but they were careful not to dig up our lawn

PWS sent Jeff out to give me the original estimate. This was coordinated with Sharon + Ilene. They were timely and professional. The permits and PECO gas line changes were all handled by PWS.Jeff and his crew did an outstanding job installing the newest Guardian 26kw generac, as well as a whole house surge protector. The entire process was seemless. Professional-efficient-quality install. Would recommend this company highly.

Good Experience

If you decide to get a generator for your home Power Watch Systems is a great choice. Jeff came to the house to give us the estimate. After we decided to get it done Sharon and Ilene did a great job of taking care of things like getting Peco to come out to change the meter and taking care of the permit. They also answered any questions that we had. On installation day Jeff and all of the crew did a great job of installing it and explaining everything going forward. We now have peace of mind of having a generator.
