Power Watch Systems

Outstanding experience

Extremely professional to deal with throughout the entire process. The team that came for the install did a phenomenal job. I can’t recommend them enough. Just waiting for the first power outage.

PWS - Service Excellence

Power Watch Systems recently installed a Generac backup power system at our home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of the crew who arrived was superbly trained, highly professional, and worked together as a cohesive, well‑coordinated team. They kept me informed at every stage of the installation, clearly explained my options, and made it easy to make quick, confident decisions. It’s rare to see a team operate with this level of excellence. I am genuinely thrilled that I chose Power Watch Systems for this project. They have earned my full endorsement, and I would gladly be quoted in any future advertisement. Outstanding work all around.

Great team at PWS

Great team to work with throughout the entire process. Office staff and field team are the best. PWS helped me work through a challenging HOA approval process.

Exceeded expectations!!

I just had my Generac generator installed this week. The whole process was handled with the highest standard of care from the order to the installation. The staff was great, and went out of their way to make sure everything was covered and went without a hitch. They provided all the documentation for my HOA and everything needed to obtain my permits from my township. They were great in every way. Don't hesitate to use them if you want a generator installed. They truly stand out.

Best Purchase Ever !

Power Watch Systems installed our Generac Generator, they did an amazing job ! From site planning to install and maintenance. Everything went flawlessly. Super friendly people , excellent communication and very professional. We have had this generator for just 2 years and already has logged in over 200 hrs. It has worked flawlessly. Power watch also does all our maintenance .

Family run business

I purchased my generator two years ago. I’m so glad I went with Power Watch. I’ve never had any issue with them or the generator. They are so nice to work with and I’d highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a generator. Family run businesses are the best.

Great Service and Support

We have had great service of our Generac generator by Power Watch Systems. Most recently Joe did the annual maintenance on the generator. He was friendly and very efficient. Joe was willing to discuss and answer questions that we had about the generator in terms that we could understand. Several years ago our Generac generator stopped working after being installed as part of a major home renovations and the electrical contractor couldn't be located. We reached out to Power Watch Systems and they responded quickly and evaluated the problem with the generator which was just out of warranty by few months and they provided us with several options. A partial rebuild was one option and we followed through with having PWS rebuild the engine and have been extremely please with their workmanship and support. I highly recommend PWS if you're considering purchasing, installing or just need maintenance of a Generac generator.

Excellent
