Prompt, professional service

Ryan reached out shortly after we contacted Generac for a quote. He showed up later in the week, discussed the entire process and provided us with a reasonable quote. He ordered the generator, which took a couple of weeks, but he kept us in the loop as we waited. He let us know when the generator was enroute and scheduled a start date. The installation was seamless and completed in a reasonable amount of time. Upon completion, Ryan took the time to introduce us to generator and answer any questions we may have had. I did reach out a couple of weeks after the job, due to a some questions that I had. Ryan returned my call later that day and has made it clear that he’s available if we needed anything. We plan on using Ryan for all of upcoming generator service needs.

Great dealer

Ryan came out to our house within 3 days of requesting a generator. His pricing for the install wasn't bad at all. He is very reliable and will shoot you straight. He made sure our generator was running properly before he left our house. He's a great dealer and definitely recommend him for installing/servicing your generator.

Ryan - the one to call

Ryan came out to our house within a few days of requesting service. Gave us a great bid. When the generators came in - he came right out and stayed to make sure everything was functioning properly before he called it a day. When he left, the job was totally complete. He had the insight to pre-purchase generators when stock was low so when everyone else was waiting for their generator to come in, we already had ours. Very nice and helpful.
