Great Install

We lose power all the time and I had finally had enough. I called them and they came out and gave me some options. A week later we had a new generator installed. The power has gone out twice since we had it installed and it worked perfectly.

Generator Service

There is no one else that I would call to service my generator. They are responsive, always take care of everything, and if something needs fixed that get it done quick. If you have a generator or need one - call them!

Amazing Service & Quick Response

Storms keep causing outages in our area. I had enough and called them. They came out for free, worked with me on financing and quick install and haven't had any issues.

Rude

The man that came to my house was rude, unprofessional and this company should not be installing generators. I\u2019ve never had such a terrible experience in my life. Generac please stop letting this company represent your good name. They are destroying your brand and have no idea what they are doing. Worst Experience EVER. I called and it pretty much was played off and shoved under the rug. I feel sorry for any customer that plans to use Power Solutions.

No response

Called to set appointment to get standby generator serviced. No on showed up at appointed time, nor did anyone call me. Called the office the next day and was told by service person that they would pull up my account to see what had happened. I was told her computer was on the blink and she would go down the hall to her manager's office and call me back in 5 minutes. It is now 2 weeks later and NO CALL>

After hours service

Im elderly and Power Solutions Unlimited keeps my generator serviced, however i had a power outage aroud dark and my generator failed to start, this was unusual so i called the after hours phone and a service man was in my drive way in a hour, turns out i just had a dead battery. the are professional and had the parts i need. Thank you PSU for giving me piece of mind.
