I recently wrote a review of Power Products handling of a warranty issue with my mothers Generac product. After clearing up some confusion I have since changed my mind on their service. My mother's money was returned. I spoke with the owner, who was very apologetic about the confusion and a very pleasant and very reasonable person. As token for the confusion he has offered to send a serviceman to do the maintenance on the generator free of charge. Thanks

poor service

my mother and father r 86 and 87 yrs old. both take breathing treatments every day and use 02. their gen. battery charger stoped working and was still under warranty. we contacted their service dept for the warranty work. it took them almost a month to install the part and would not install it until my mom wrote a ck for 500.00. he stated that generac did not pay them enough money. he reassured them they would get their money back. but charging for warranty work. really!
