Power Pro Service Company, Inc.

Fantastic service

10/10 would suggest to anyone. They stayed late and fit me into an already jammed holiday schedule. Absolute aces in my book

Great dealer

I had a 15kw generator for 15 years. Power Pro serviced that unit for about 4 years and just installed my 16kw replacement generator. I spoke to a total of 4 dealers about the replacement, and nobody else had their combination of expertise, responsiveness, and price. I was actually relieved that they had the best proposal, because I was reluctant to turn my generator service to someone else!

Should be the model for all business's.

I was totally dependent on PowerPro's recommendations for my generator needs. They provided a number of choices and recommendations that would fit within my budget and actual needs. They surpassed my expectations; from sales to installation to follow-up, I could not be more happier. I have only had to use the generator a few times, and it worked wonderfully. A very good experience with PowerPro and with the quality and reliability of my Generac generator.

This dealer could not be more responsive

The only thing better than my Generac stand by generator is Power Pro Service Company. I have a service plan and they are always making sure I am ready when I need this system to work. The installation was easy and service is professional.
