I had a 15kw generator for 15 years. Power Pro serviced that unit for about 4 years and just installed my 16kw replacement generator. I spoke to a total of 4 dealers about the replacement, and nobody else had their combination of expertise, responsiveness, and price. I was actually relieved that they had the best proposal, because I was reluctant to turn my generator service to someone else!

The only thing better than my Generac stand by generator is Power Pro Service Company. I have a service plan and they are always making sure I am ready when I need this system to work. The installation was easy and service is professional.
