The perfect experience

From the day in October 2019 that I first contacted Chris, the owner of Power Plus Systems, until the time 3 weeks later that my 16KW whole house Generac generator was installed, it was the perfect buying experience.Chris visited my house the following day and did a site survey, recommending the size generator to get and where it should be installed. The price quoted, including installation, was right in the ballpark of where I expected it to be, having done extensive research with other dealers and in fact ended up with a total price that was competitive with the best that I had found.The technicians arrived exactly at the promised time on the day of installation and the job was completed within a few hours, with all testing done using various KW loads by turning on different appliances etc in the house, and everything was found to be exactly as it should be.I have waited 6 months to write this review, as I wanted to wait until after my first 6 months service was performed, in order to give a complete review. The 6 month service was ordered a week ago and took place yesterday. The technician arrived on time and an hour later the first service had been completed and all testing completed to ensure the generator met the heaviest loads, which it did.So in closing, I would highly recommend Power Plus Systems. They are responsive, quote a decent price, and certainly provide the level of service that one would expect and hope for, in their kind of business.A job well done.

They don't want you business.

In June of 2017 I sized the generator system for our home and attempted to contact the closest dealer which was Power Plus Systems. I left an email on their website asking someone to contact me. They finally did, 4 MONTHS later at the end of September while we were away. They left a message on Friday, I called them back on Monday. No one was there (Who works on Mondays anyway?) so I left a phone message. They ignored me so I called back again on Friday and, by some miracle, I got a person who promised to have Chris call me. Here it is, mid October, 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for them to call. I could not help but imagine what would have happened if I had bought a system from them and needed service. If they will not get back to you for a sale, just imagine how bad it would be to sit with your broken down system and no one returns your calls. This company does NOT want your business.

Mark came out on a moment's notice when the new generator would not start; got it going without a problem; waited to be sure all was well. Couldn't ask for better service.
