Power Plus To The Rescue!
Two days post Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina, our older 20k generator died. There was no power, water, and no cell or internet service. With rudimentary texting we were able to reach out to Power Plus Electrical Service and were surprised when a technician showed up at our door. Three days later, they were back and installing a brand new replacement 22k generator. The level of professionalism by this company is phenomenal and our new generator gives us peace of mind. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for your many kindnesses during such a stressful time.
