    Not Responsive

    Over the course of several months we have sent emails, called, and left voicemails. Not one of these calls or emails has ever been returned. I wanted to use this company as the prior homeowner used/ recommended them, but I have been unable to get in touch with them.

    Never returned call

    Called this company twice. Left a message the first time. No one called back. Second call I got a woman that said the manager would call me back. Again no call. Very unreliable.

    Perfection!

    My wife and I went looking for a generator for our home. We reviewed the big box stores and a few generator dealers. We chose Power Outage Services Company because of their professional presentation during our interview process and their extensive product and installation knowledge. We were very pleased with the installation and the attention to detail. We have continued our relationship with Power Outage Services Company by signing up for an annual maintenance plan with them.
