Communication is POOR
I had my generator installed over a year ago from Power On. It's time to schedule the annual maintenance. I've contacted the company to schedule the annual maintenance and I was told that they did not have the kits to do the maintenance. I've called them and emailed them to see if they have received the kits. No one will return my calls.

Not Responsive
Finally got our whole-house generator installed by this company about 6 months ago. They are quick to take your deposit, but they certainly lack in communication skills.
