got me fixed right up put it at a place that we can see it as we drive in and look out the window of the house to see if the green light is on "are meter is on a pole" very happy it been about a 1 1/2 years now

I called Power on Electric early on 9/11/2017 thinking that I had a battery charging system problem on our generator. Roger said that he would try to get to our home that afternoon and sure enough he did.He checked everything out and found no problems but did suggest a few things that would help extend the life of the generator.I was very impressed with his knowledge and courteous way he handled himself.If I ever need work done on the generator I will definitely call Power on Electric. I have a Generac 20kW Guardian Propane powered generator that after 5 years of service had a dead battery. Well that is an easy enough thing to fix, I purchased a replacement battery and put it in. It worked for the first 3-4 days then the New battery went dead. After trial and error with putting the battery on a charger I still would get a dead unit. I did go on Generac's website and found Power On Electric and ended up talking to Roger. Being an Electrical Engineer myself, Roger was very knowledgeable on this product and indicated that I most likely had an issue with the electronics associated with the charging circuit. An appointment was made and he was there spot on time and took care of the issue with the generator. My interaction with Power On Electric was great, I have a happy mother in law with dependable stand by power again, and I highly recommend this service to all in the Effingham and Fayette County area of Illinois. Roger was competitively priced and he did a very neat installation.Our 2O KW worked for 32 hours solid within 2 weeks of installation. It worked like a charm.He kept in contact after the sale and made sure that it was working properly. He did additional research to improve the performance under extreme weather conditions.
