Unresponsive
Generac told me this dealer would contact me. 2 weeks later I called them. They seemed interested. I sent all the information they asked for about my property. 2 weeks later Generac called to ask about the service I had received. I said I hadn't heard from them again. 3 weeks later Generac sent me a survey asking how the service had been. Needless to say I did not give them a good review. 3 weeks later Generac put me in touch with a dealer that treated me right.
