Power Generation Service, LLC

Knowledgeable & Fast

I have never worked with an easier company. The office staff is friendly and provides the best information to get you what you need. I will definitely be returning to use their services again! Awesome job Power Generation Service

Very professional and friendly service

Easy to book annual maintenance service. The technician was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions. Very nice to know that this company is available for annual maintenance of my Generac home generator and available for any emergency service. The office personnel are also friendly and easy to deal with.

Best generator company in town!

The girls in the office were very helpful and get a tech to me within a week. Very knowledgeable staff and the tech did a wonderful job.

Great Dealer!

Very responsive, helped us understand what we needed in a standby generator. Friendly helpful service!

Outstanding company and employees!

Power Generation Service was amazing from my initial call to Jim with my questions about my generator options to our final installation. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with, I couldn’t believe the inventory they offered! Would highly recommend to everyone looking into buying a generator! Thank you Power Generation Service.

This dealer is difficult to work with and their prices our outrageous.

This is the 2nd time we were 'FORCED' to use this company to repair our generator. They are very unfriendly and act as though they are the only game in town and could care less if you get warranty work serviced or not. They are the only game in New Mexico for rural warranty work. Do not use this company if your generator is out of warranty as there are better options out there. Horrible company to deal with.

Only game in town

On the bright side, they don't even pretend to care whether or not they get the job. Very non committal on anything. Very poor representation of Generac.

outrageous travel fees

They want $X travel time and $X mileage charge which is at least one hundred and fifty clams just to get out here turn around and go away. That is correct. Nothing included there to even touch the generator.
