GENERAC GUARDIAN 17KW SERVICE CALL

Russ gets an A for his call to do a 2 year service on my Guardian 17kw generator. When I contacted him he asked a lot of good questions about the generator seeking to understand the problem as best he could before coming out....arrived on time and prepared for the task at hand. Allowed me to watch as he did the maintenance exposing each step....did a through job checking all the components both mechanical and electrical.....made good recommendations for future trouble shooting. Very through, friendly, and helpful......nice job

Great folks to work with!

Needed troubleshooting & some repair to get my generator to transfer. Not only did I get a professional job,I made two great friends.Very trustworthy.

Very pleased with service received

Although the service tech was not immediatelly familiar with our set up, he took notes and graphs and said he was going to do some homework on it while he waited for the necessary parts to arrive. As soon as the confirmed needed parts arrived he called us with answers to our problem with an immediate repair date.

Generator Troubleshooting Repair

Call for emergency service technician that showed did not appear to have proper training and was usure what next stepps would be. Very Poor Service & limited abilities
