POP'S Crew is GREAT!

Bob, from POP'S came out in a timely manner to give us an estimate & explain the operation of the generator. He informed us that he would service and help us to maintain the generator. His crew came as scheduled and did the installation in a very professional manner. Everyone at POP'S has kept us informed and were friendly during all phases of the process.

You will NOT regret hiring Pops!

We had our 11K whole house Generac installed almost 2 years ago. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Bob is just the best. He obviously loves what he does and he takes the time to explain everything. And he's just so darn nice and friendly! He puts you at ease right away. His 2 electricians, Kevin and Chris, are the best. Completely professional and devoted to doing a GREAT job. When my township electrical inspector opened up the box outside for inspection, he said, "Wow. Who did this? They did a beautiful job". When is the last time you heard of an inspector exclaiming what a great job a contractor did?

Bob and his team could not have been more professional. The whole job was explained thoroughly prior to work beginning and updates were provided throughout the process. The work was top notch and I highly recommend Pops! I will be using their services again for sure.

From the first time I spoke with Bob on the phone, I had a good feeling that i was dealing with an extremely knowledgeable professional who really cared about, and listened to his customers. Working with him absolutely verified my initial instinct. Bob and his crew handled a complicated generator, motor replacement skillfully and efficiently. They were incredibly thorough and wound up dealing with additional issues that were caused by the original installers. Bob, the owner, spent extra time trouble shooting other problems and stayed well beyond his intended time frame making sure everything was thoroughly tested and even took the time to explain to us everything that he had done.I would highly recommend Bob and his crew from Pop's Electric.

Excellent, Friendly, Professional, Skilled

After researching and getting estimates from several contractors, I hired Pop's Electric to install my 11 kW Generac Standby Generator. The owner Bob is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He felt like a friend to me after speaking with him for a bit. He and his crew worked tirelessly into the evening, even after it started to rain ro get the job done. They had to dig a lengthy trench to lay the gas feed and encountered some tough digging. The owner was onsight and involved for most of the job. The main electrician was also very friendly and I could see he certainly knew his way around all of the main electrical and transfer switch panels, explaining things as he worked. The owner Bob came back a 2nd day to complete some wiring after final township inspections and activated my generator, proving me with training on how it works on the day before Thanksgiving last year, about 6 months ago. I am able to write this review because of the good work Pop's Electric did because street power went out about an hour ago and I am sitting here watching cable TV with all the comforts of a fully-powered home. Thanks Bob! Pop's is also a qualified Generac service contractor so should I encounter any problems down the road, who better to call than the installer? I highly recommend Pop's Electric!

Excellent service and professionalism

Bob, Omi (office manager) and the electricians were all wonderful. We were so impressed with how Pop's Electric handled this multi-step process. From an excellent consultation to final installation everything went very smoothly. It is also so reassuring to know that Pop's Electric will maintain our generator for years to come. Definitely a great choice

We chose Bob at Pop's electric after meeting with several contractors and reading the reviews here. We must say Bob and his staff are by far some of the finest individuals we have worked with in the home improvement industry. Bob was very professional and extremely knowledgable about the generator. The work that was done was very meticulous and everything was very clean once all work was complete. We have also used Pop's for several other electrical services now and the quality is top notch. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a generator or electrical needs in general.
