I have used PLV for 2 years. My Generator had a bad oil sensor switch. Paul and crew came to my home day of a Nor-Easter and fixed the generator. Two hours after they left we had lights out for 4 days. However, thanks to PLV I was up and running at time of power loss. Good people and reliable. Thanks Paul

From the initial price estimate, intstall, and thru even the maintenance plan we have for our Generator,. PLV has been nothing but professional and caring and on time with everything. My In laws now use them for their Generator maintenance and have the same experience. Highly recommend them

Professionalism at its finest!

Approximately a year ago, I had a Generac 22kw Home Standby Generator installed by PLV Electric. I placed my order at a time when generators were in short supply due to major national storms and disasters. Everyone at PLV couldn't be more accommodating and professional!The installation crew was exceptional....true experts at their work! The service technicians were courteous and in my opinion took a true sense of pride in the maintenance they performed. After seeing my generator placement and installation, many of my neighbors who used competitive companies commented to me...." I wished I used PLV." I'm extremely pleased with my Generac System, as well as PLV and there support team.Carl D.

Amazing Experience!

So happy with every part of our generator installation! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Excellent company to deal with! From the original quote to dealing with inspectors to the final install, the entire process was completed on time and according to specs. Highly recommended!

Non-responsive

As suggested by Generac, I called to schedule a safety inspection. Spoke to someone who several times who told me that they would schedule it and call me. No call. Tired of waiting and called someone else.

They only want service contracts

Called for a one rime service on the generator on a place I am renting. They answered my call and immediately try to sell me a service contract. When I expressed that I didn\u2019t want that I was put on hold and ignored. I called back and takes to Lori who gave me the run around about not having time. This company only wants easy service contract money.

Poor customer service

Generac set appt and Lori called to confirm appt for 8-17-20 and never showed when I called on 8-18-20 I Called and spoke with Lori I wasn\u2019t on the schedule and was told middle of sept before they could come out for estimate.
