Trouble in Paradise
26kw genny was out, called 9 companies (only 5 responded), 3 came and wanted to charge me over 2 thousand for repairs "not covered under warranty". Was shopping at Home Depot telling the story to the guy working there when Paul walked by and offered to help. Reluctantly, I accepted,,, He came, went through the whole machine, found a few neglected items (most covered under warranty), some not. Final cost under $600 dollars, had the whole thing going on his return trip. Guy is super, put in a tankless hot water heater for us after. Guy just knows so damned much about everything, a pleasure to know him and do business with an honest company.
