Scott comes highly recommended from me. I had a controller board which had failed. The unit was still under warranty. I called Scott and advised him of what I had been told by Generac. Too high

Contacted about replacing my 20 kw backup engine. Was supposed to call back. Finally called again a week or so later. This time he did call back next day with a quote. Over $700 higher than his competition.

Called to have him service my generator. He said he had to much work to do, but could probably work me in sometime in a week to week and half. Call back with generator numbers. Called back, he did have time to talk then but, he would call me back. It's been 4 weeks, haven't heard back from him.
