Pioneer Htg Cooling Elec & Plmb LLC

Terrible Service Prices

Pioneer recently purchased another dealer (cove) and they do not seem to care about customer service. Their service prices are ridiculous and I would not recommend them under any circumstances. They would not honor a service agreement contract I had in place with the company they purchased and told me if I did not like it I could go elsewhere.

Excellent service

Throughout the process of getting a generator it’s been tough decided what we needed, who was going to do the work, what all would need to be upgraded, etc. the guys at pioneer walked me through the steps. Guided me in the right direction and set us up with affordable payment options. This whole process could have been a nightmare but these guys ensured it wasn’t. Awesome job team thank you so much for ensuring my lights would stay on and my freezers don’t thaw.

Fantastic experience!

Pioneer was amazing! Informative, responsive and kept me updated with the entire installation.

Best experience!

From start to finish they were great! I would recommend Pioneer to anyone!
