Difficulty in providing maintenance

This company is very inconsistent with providing service. Even basic maintenance is not timely or reliable. We used them for several years, with mixed satisfaction. Something has changed and now I cannot get a service to come to the house. They said it would be 6 months before someone could come to service our gas powered generator.

No Sunday Service!

Highly recommended dealer. We have a problem with our Generac home generator but Pioneer has No Sunday service.Not a great indication of a recommended service provider/dealer.

The dealer does not offer weekend support for generators.

I found out the hard way, this dealer does not offer emergency service support for Generac generators on the weekends.

Great Product, Superior service!!!

Pioneer installed a 20 Kw generator at my home on Norris Lake. Very professional, courteous, and knew their stuff. They even came back out and made a service call do to my mistake of not re-setting a breaker from the install at no charge! Great folks. Austin was my Pioneer rep and he was great. Knew his stuff and was easy to get in touch with to answer any questions. Pioneer is a class operation. Will have them bid on the electrical for my next project.

Superb Dealer and Personnel !!!

I contacted Pioneer to get an assessment of the size of generator I needed for my home. Austin came out and walked us through the results of the assessment and gave us the price the same day. We scheduled the delivery and installation and two weeks later to the day the job was completed. The Pioneer folks were excellent and extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the entire operation of the generator. Thanks Pioneer!!!!

My wife and I finally decided to have a generator installed this summer. We looked at several brands and choose Generac. Great choice. Pioneer Heating & Air Conditioning in Knoxville Tennessee provided prompt and professional installation and outstanding attention to detail. The peace of mind has been great.

A great buying experience

Pioneer was professional and extremely accommodating all the way from the girl that answered the phone to the sales representative and installers that designed and installed my system. I have even contracted with them since then to install a Geothermal heat pump in my home too. I am so glad that I found them.

Only dealer who went the extra mile

I received quotes for a whole house generator from 4 firms, 1 of which was a 5 star Generac dealer. Only Pioneer would work with me to coordinate outside contractors for my buried propane tank and connection. They even provided for landscaping in their bid. A 48kw generator was installed, connected and landscaping done in 3 days. All of their people were polite, proffessional and efficient. The job was well planned and well executed. I would recommend Pioneer over all other Generac dealers based on my experience.
