I first came in contact with Dale Degler, the owner of Pioneer Electric, when I was looking for someone to install a Generac at the home of a couple of 90+ year old dear friends of mine. Dale installed the Generac promptly, professionally, and knowledgeably. I was very impressed and appreciative of the exceptional kindness and patience Dale displayed during the entire installation process. Some months later my wife and I purchased a home in Beaumont, Texas and decided to have our own Generac installed and didn't hesitate to contact Pioneer Electric. Dale not only installed our new Generac but also did some additional electrical work for us. It turns out that Dale is an experienced, licensed electrician with over 30 years of experience. He performed for us just as he performed for our Jasper friends and we could not be happier with his work. We highly recommend Dale both for his Generac expertise and his general electrical skill.

This is a great dealer and installer, he is local and when there's problem or question, he will come by or call you back and visit with you about it. I would recommend him. Also it would be good to have a service contract with him. Ir gives you peace of mind.
