This dealer is to be avoided
After paying for a maintenance contract in 2010 (and replacing the battery that he allowed to die upon installation), this dealer has failed to perform ANY maintenance since installation, and the generator is now "shut down" in spite of the attention I've tried to give it myself. It's now Jan. 2014, and I'm moving on the another dealer who WILL maintain the generator, and asking for my money back on the maintenance contract and dead battery.
