Amazing Company, Tremendously Talented People

This is a little long but worth the read.... From the moment I called this Pike County Generator I knew they were different than the rest. I called in late evening wanting to leave a message for a call back, I was taken aback when a live person answered. "oh my, I was expecting voicemail". I said. The pleasant lady took all my information and said said the office would call me in the morning. The next morning sure enough Nicole called back. While setting up an appointment for us for us to get more information she explained what to expect at our meeting with the owner Jim. She said, "Jim loves to do a great job and he loves to talk generators." When it was time for our appointment just as Nicole said Jim loves to talk generators. But he explained everything so the average person who doesn't know a thing about electric or a generator could understand. He was not rushed and answered all our questions. We wanted the generator and Jim explained several different options for us. When we told him what we were looking for he made a recommendation to us that would fit our needs. He then went outside with his iPad took some pictures of outside our home and came back with a drawing on the iPad of where everything could go. We made small tweaks and then we agreed on what the final would be. He also told us they were very busy but Nicole would call with a date. That she did. They came to lay a concrete foundation several days before the install. One that was set they returned to put the generator in. The work was done in little more than 1/2 day. Jim was in the job during the entire install. They had to dig trenches for electrical conduit and piping for the propane. When the job was finished I was astonished to how neat and perfect they left the place. I would have never believed they were here on the day of the install if I did not witness myself. Before leaving Jim explained and demonstrated some care the homeowner needs to do. Again, he took me through simple, easily understood steps. Amazing company, tremendously talented people. I felt I we were his only customer! I highly recommend Pike County Generator!

powered up in pike county

The problem was too many power outages in milford... The solution was Pike County gen. co. After explaining everything, Steve and his crew installed a 20k Generac stand by generator. He also replaced my 200 amp main service panel w all new circuit breakers.and did it all before the new carpets came. one happy customer!

Steve was a great installer

would recommend this company to all. they are on time when they tell you they are coming. job was done well.

I feel VERY lucky being matched up with Pike County Generator!

I've had various service providers at our home over the years but they all pale in comparison to the work just completed by Pike County Generator in Milford, Pa. I can't say enough about the 20K generator installation done by Steve and his team. They were extremely knowledgeable and punctual over the three working days it took to complete the installation. They were also meticulously neat during the process, doing cleanup tasks that I would have had no problem doing myself. Steve is a master electrician and really knows this business, having done more than 200 generator installations. I know this might sound like a review written by one of his relatives, but my wife and I just met the man and feel very fortunate to be hooked up with this company.

Very professional, done right

My neighbor had a generator installed incorrectly and after seeing all the extra money she spent having it done right the second time I knew to do my research before installing ours. Pike County Generator did a wonderful job. Installation was clean, without any wires hanging all over. They are very knowledgeable and nice. We are very happy we chose them for the job. We would recommend them 100 times over!!
