Showed up at exact time he said he would. Worked the whole time he was here. Job is done from start to finish in under 10 hours. Everything looks and works great. Price was very good. Explained everything and remained patient when he saw how confused I can get and repeated what I didn't understand. Very professional. Highly recommended.

We had our generator installed 4 years ago by the wonderful folks at Pierro. What a relief to know that we have this backup for the whole house! The yearly maintenance is smooth, professional; they take care of everything. The customer service is wonderful - we cannot say enough about our Generac and Pierro!

Personable and thorough

Paul came out and checked out my home to determine what generator I required. He checked the gas meter and air conditioner and explained what would need to be done and why. He went over all available options and explained why I might consider them; there were no pressure tactics. He was very personable and friendly. Went over what services were provided and how things would operate. He was up front and honest about the long wait time to get the equipment.

Pierro did an excellent job!

Paul from Pierro was extremely professional from providing a complete estimate through installation. We had a small issue about placement of the transfer box and he came back out on a Saturday to get it done right.

Outstanding dealer knowledge & service

This was the first time I had Pierro Electrical Construction come out to service my whole house generator for regular annual maintenance. I was extremely impressed that they used the highest quality parts and checked many different areas on the generator than what had previously been done by a different service contractor. I also had them install a cold weather kit that did nt come with my generator. I will highly recommend Pierro to all of my friends who have whole house generators.
