Everyone from sales to management to install provided seamless service! This company knows superior customer service. Incredibly responsive on the sales end, the professional crew checked in regularly and operated in a respectful manner. Everyone took the time to answer questions. I felt they were genuine and represented their company and treated us and our property like family. I know this might seem a little overboard, but if you want great workmanship and customer service, this is the dealer for you.

There are not enough words to express how positive of an experience working with Karen Haas and the entire Pieper Power team has been. Pieper Power provides outstanding communication and delivers everything they say they will do with installing the Generac Generator. On the day of install, the team was on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves and explained the app/generator so well. We invested in a Generac generator for peace of mind. Working with Pieper Power extends that piece of mind to the entire purchase and installation process. I can't recommend them highly enough. So glad we chose Pieper Power!

Replaced an old Generac with a new one

We live in an area where we lose power occasionally, and we have some pumps that need to keep running no matter what. Our old Generac finally gave up the ghost after 20 years and Pieper power changed it out with a new one very quickly, so we don\u2019t have to worry about winter outages!

Great Company

Staff was great, professional and very pleasant from estimate, to response to e mails, and installation group. I would highly recommend. I will definitely use them again should the need arise. Had two power outages in the last week and my generator came on within a minute. Couldn\u2019t be happier!

Excellent Installation Team

Great responsiveness from my client representative. The entire installation team was very professional and performed the generator installation in a most workmanlike manner. Work was completed in one day as was promised. Have already had one (10) hour outage and my generator worked flawlessly! Have no qualms in recommending Pieper Power to friends and aquaintances.
