Incredibly responsive on the sales end, the professional crew checked in regularly and operated in a respectful manner. Everyone took the time to answer questions. I felt they were genuine and represented their company and treated us and our property like family. I know this might seem a little overboard, but if you want great workmanship and customer service, this is the dealer for you.

We live in an area where we lose power occasionally, and we have some pumps that need to keep running no matter what. Our old Generac finally gave up the ghost after 20 years and Pieper power changed it out with a new one very quickly, so we don\u2019t have to worry about winter outages!

We are very happy with the whole experience! Our new generator was delivered and installed as promised. Karen came out to perform our final inspection and noticed the cement pad was cracked and one corner had broken off. I could have lived with it but she refused to allow us keep this pad and Chris came and installed a new one. Much better! The customer service here is wonderful and the reason why I HIGHLY recommend them!
